What an amazing mural! It's not just colourful but really reflects the history of Port Melbourne and includes elements of the local flora and fauna.
Well done and congratulations to all the young artists who worked so hard in this project: Chrissy, Russell, Jillian, Semi, Tor, Tom & Alex.
The project was funded by the Victorian Government’s Department of Justice, Community Crime Prevention Program and was another great partnership between Social Health & Inclusion Port, South Port Community Centre's Make Your Mark project, Dan from 90Degrees Graffiti, Drahtfunkart, Amanda Neville, the City Of Port Phillip, and CoDesign Studios with healthy food provided each week by the Country Women's Association. Thanks to everyone who was involved. Make sure you go and have a look!
